Who among us doesn’t love pizza? A layer of delicate crispy dough with your favorite filling is considered by many to be ideal for cooking. However, not all people are ready to mess around with kneading dough and rolling out cakes, and not everyone likes ready-made frozen dough.
According to our recipe, you can cook delicious pizza without any hassle. All you need is a simple set of products, a frying pan, and 10 minutes of your time.

Pizza in a pan for 10 minutes with mayonnaise
- Sour cream – 5 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise – 5 tbsp.
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- Flour – 2 tbsp.
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
- Sausage – 150 g.
- Cheese – 200 g.
- Other fillings to taste.
Beat sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, and flour with a whisk until smooth, salt. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Pour batter into the skillet. Put circles of tomatoes and sausages or other products to taste on the dough. Turn on medium fire. Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese.
Cover the pizza with a lid and leave for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

Pizza in a pan without mayonnaise
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Wheat flour – 5 tbsp. l.
- Sour cream – 3 tbsp. l.
- Tomatoes – 1 pc.
- Salami sausage (thin slices) – 12 pcs.
- Ketchup.
- Cheese – 50 g.
- Salt to taste.
Break eggs into a bowl, and add sour cream and salt. Beat with a mixer. Add flour and mix with a whisk. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour in the batter. Lubricate the dough with ketchup or other sauce to taste. Lay out the tomato slices and salami. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook pizza on low heat under the lid for 5 minutes.
